Refund and Return Policy:
- Returns and Exchanges:

1.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached.
1.3 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds:
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival.
2.2 If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2.3 Please note that shipping charges and any applicable customs or import fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges:
3.1 If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
3.2 Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.
- Non-Returnable Items:
4.1 For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms, thongs, and one-piece swimsuits without hygienic liners are non-returnable.
4.2 Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
5.1 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5.2 We may request photos or other evidence of the damaged or defective item before authorizing a return or exchange.
5.3 We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and provide a replacement or issue a refund.
